Intenta que siguin integrals els quals aporten m\u00e9s nutrients com fibra<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per acabar, acompanya el teu plat saludable de <strong>fruita de temporada o un l\u00e0ctic i no oblidis hidratar-te correctament amb aigua<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marc del Dia Mundial de la Salut, dem\u00e0, a les 18.30 h, celebrarem el taller Snacks Saludables.
