Bon profit!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 gr de cigr\u00f3 cuit<\/li>\n<li>1 manat d\u2019espinacs<\/li>\n<li>4 ous<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>3 c. soperes de tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n<li>3 c. soperes de salsa romesco<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019all i julivert<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Sal i pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pica la ceba ben petita i sofregeix-la a una cassola amb un raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra a foc mitj\u00e0 fins a obtenir una mica de color.<\/li>\n<li>Neteja i talla a juliana les fulles d\u2019espinacs i afegeix-les a la ceba. Quan els espinacs s\u2019hagin redu\u00eft, afegeix el sofregit de tom\u00e0quet i el romesco, cuina-ho durant 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Tot seguit, passa els cigrons per sota l\u2019aixeta i posa\u2019ls dins la cassola.<\/li>\n<li>Passats 5 minuts a foc mitj\u00e0, amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019una cullera, fes quatre forats on has de posar els ous, posa un parell de cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019all i julivert i tapa-ho perqu\u00e8 els ous es cuinin amb el vapor.
