A m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 es diu que <strong>el pl\u00e0tan fa tenir restrenyiment<\/strong>. Tot i aix\u00f2, aquestes afirmacions s\u00f3n falses. A continuaci\u00f3 t\u2019expliquem per qu\u00e8:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El pl\u00e0tan no engreixa:<\/strong> les calories d\u2019un pl\u00e0tan depenen del seu punt de maduraci\u00f3, un pl\u00e0tan m\u00e9s dol\u00e7 tindr\u00e0 m\u00e9s calories que un de verd. De totes maneres, es calcula que, de mitjana, un pl\u00e0tan t\u00e9 unes 70 kcal, el mateix que una poma. Igualment, no \u00e9s tan important el nombre de calories, com que aquestes siguin de qualitat i que aportin nutrients, com en el cas concret del pl\u00e0tan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El pl\u00e0tan no t\u00e9 molt sucre:<\/strong> recorda que els sucres procedents de les fruites i les verdures no suposen un risc per a la salut, al contrari, s\u00f3n beneficiosos, perqu\u00e8 es troben de manera natural a l\u2019aliment. Aix\u00ed doncs, el consum de pl\u00e0tan \u00fanicament no provoca obesitat, sin\u00f3 que la prev\u00e9 i ajuda a tractar-la.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El pl\u00e0tan no fa tenir restrenyiment:<\/strong> els nutrients que t\u00e9 el pl\u00e0tan (especialment la inulina i d\u2019altres) ajuden a regular el teu tr\u00e0nsit intestinal i, lluny d\u2019estr\u00e8nyer, el consum d\u2019un o dos pl\u00e0tans al dia ajuda a anar al lavabo.
